The Tanzania Bakers Association (TBA) emerged as a pivotal entity officially registered in May 2021, dedicated to advancing the interests and welfare of bakery professionals and confectioners throughout the nation. Since its inception, TBA has played a crucial role in promoting collaboration, establishing governance structures, facilitating information exchange, offering capacity-building initiatives, providing learning opportunities, and advocating for the paramount importance of food safety and quality management in the baking industry.
Throughout its initial two years of operation, TBA has been unwavering in its commitment to fostering the growth and development of the bakery sector in Tanzania.
